You’ll receive a personalized diet plan with clear macros, tailored to your goals, your body, and your lifestyle, so you always know exactly what to do.I’ll start with an individual analysis to understand where you are right now and what needs to be optimized. Based on that, you’ll get a structured workout plan designed for muscle gain, fat loss, and long-term consistency.
To make sure you truly understand the process, you’ll also get access to my basics booklet, where I break down the fundamentals of training, nutrition, and progression in a simple and practical way.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have direct contact with me for daily support and guidance, plus weekly check-ins where we track your progress and make adjustments when needed.
On top of that, you’ll be part of a WhatsApp group and a strong community of like-minded people, all working toward becoming better every day.
